covering the gamut, from solo and other private practice to government
service to classroom to corporate boardroom.
An approximate one-hour on / near-site group lunch

the morning material among the participants and the presenters.

exploring the basic areas of traditional law practice and the unique
attributes and requirements of each
civil law; criminal law; trial law; transactional law;
administrative law; and general practice
overview of many of the specialty practice areas
family law; commercial law; real estate law;
environmental and regulatory law; entertainment, arts, and sports law;
media, computer, and intellectual law; bankruptcy law; criminal
defense / prosecution law; military law; tax law; trusts, estates,
probate, and guardianship law.
