A special focus program which provides in-depth insight and guidance for both "traditional" law career options and collateral career options, supplemented with concrete action steps and tips, for: (a) 2L-3L law students and "Grads-at-the-Bar" facing interviews and career path choices; (b) 2L-3L law students and "Grads-at-the-Bar" who have "the Offer" and want to capitalize on it; as well as (c) attorneys and other law professionals who are considering changing careers or practice ambits.
What does ICC-B© Cover?

"Real world" information and guidance regarding: "traditional" law and collateral career options available to juris doctors; effectively matching personal strengths and priorities with the careers and contexts of the "legal marketplace"; the trade-offs expected in various practice disciplines and ambits of the law and collateral professions; recognizing career "red flags"; effective career "preventive maintenance"; tips and techniques to enhance the chances of success in "traditional" law profession ambits, as well as in "collateral" career ambits.

It also addresses critical issues which can turn potential career "stumbling blocks" into career "stepping stones" - and key personal questions and issues that should be understood and resolved, before committing to the pursuit of a career in any given practice area, employment with any given firm/setting, or commitment to any given career path.
