OVERVIEW

QCA-B is designed as a 1 - 2 day program (depending on the context of the presentation) an interactive lecture format opportunities for individualized attention and counseling during scheduled breaks and after the formal program.

QCA-B can be applied as a customized "Finishing School for Associate Attorneys" or as a "Prep School for Newly Solo Attorneys."

QCA-B can give new attorneys - and their firms - a "jump start"; cutting short the typical "new associate/non-profit" period between the time the associate first hits the firm's floor and the time the associate becomes a profitable venture from a firm and personal perspective.

QCA-B can dramatically reduce the time that senior "advisor" or "mentor" firm members must spend in teaching new associates the "A, B, C's" of being an effective, successful law firm participant; preserving valuable billable hours and using the firm's direct mentoring time for the more outcome-determinative substantive aspects of effective lawyering.
